A 5-Day Brotherhood Retreat
to the Highest Peak in the
Contiguous USA
Section 01 — The Call
Others spend their whole lives never answering the call.
King's Summit is a 5-day immersive retreat for high-performing men who are ready to test their edge, forge real brotherhood, and return home transformed — not just physically, but at their core.
This isn't a hiking trip. It's a rite of passage.
Section 02 — The Experience
Four days in the high Sierra. Every element is designed to push your edge and reveal what's underneath.
22 miles round trip to 14,505 ft — the highest point in the lower 48. The climb was never just about the mountain. It was about the man you become on the way up. The mountain is a symbol for more: more courage, more truth, more resilience, and more of the man you are capable of becoming. As the climb stretches you physically, it also invites you to rise mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
A guided space to process the experience, distill the lessons, and turn your insight into intention for the life waiting for you at home. What happened on the mountain matters. This is where we make sure it stays with you.
On integration day, we gather in ritual to slow down, reconnect, and honor the journey. Through stillness, reflection, and presence, we ground the experience and make space for what is now unfolding.
The men you climb with become the men who hold you. This bond doesn't end at the trailhead—it begins there. Shared challenge creates a different kind of connection—one rooted in truth, respect, and real support.
Section 03 — Who This Is For
George has one rule: you can only take others as far as you've taken yourself. George has spent his life seeking out the ultimate "Peak Experience."
In 2025, he trekked to Mount Everest's base camp. He's surfed one of the world's most dangerous breaks — Teahupo'o, Tahiti. He's stood at the edge of the dusty playa at Burning Man. Moved through the stillness of Nepal and the chaos of the world across 35+ countries — not as a tourist, but as a student of what it means to be fully alive. He's found it during moments of grand adventure and in sacred stillness.
He's not a man who reads about transformation. He is transformation.
The most successful men in the room are often the most quietly stuck. George knows — because he was one of them.
Before he became the coach that executives call when everything looks perfect but something essential is missing, George was a top producer for a billion-dollar organization who had checked every box — and found himself empty on the other side. That gap between outward success and inward fulfillment became his life's work.
He trained as a National Speaker and Peak Performance Strategist with Tony Robbins, working alongside thousands of high-performers. He built a methodology — ShapeShift — that fuses performance science, emotional mastery, and subconscious pattern work into something rare: a system that changes men from the inside out. Today, he serves as a Transformational Life Coach and Trusted Advisor to Executive Professionals — working with founders, CEOs, and high-impact leaders who are done performing and ready to become.
On the trail, George is the one who'll drop into a yoga flow at 10,000 feet, laugh the loudest at camp, and then sit with you in the kind of silence where the right question finally surfaces. He starts every morning slow — tea ceremony, meditation, movement near the ocean in Los Angeles — because he knows that how you begin determines everything that follows.
He brings that same intentionality to King's Summit. This isn't a hike with a motivational speech at the top. It's a crucible. A held space where the altitude demands presence, the brotherhood makes honesty feel possible, and your guide has already stood at the edge — and chosen to go further.
Section 04 — The Schedule
Every day is intentional. Every element earns its place.
Arrive in Lone Pine. Meet your brothers. Ground yourself in the high desert before the journey begins.
A preparatory hike to let your body adjust to the altitude and your mind settle into the mountain. The group coheres here.
22 miles round trip. 14,505 ft. The highest point in the contiguous United States. You will earn every step — and arrive as a different man.
The summit is climbed. Now you integrate what it revealed. Tea ceremony at dawn. Yoga to restore the body. Reflection circles to process what emerged. New intentions set in brotherhood.
A final meal together. Closing words. You leave the mountain — but you carry everything it gave you.

Today I am courageous, bold, and open to new challenges. I apply the tools and teachings George has given me to reveal specific insights, which in turn have become huge learnings for me. I now have the opportunity to step into a new paradigm that I am committed to living & believing.
George is uniquely gifted with the power to sit with others and create space for us to answer our own questions. It’s like he’s holding up a mirror for us to really examine what’s there, and access our innermost parts of ourselves, where truth exists. I feel emotionally, spiritually, and intellectually wiser, capable of accessing deeper parts of my consciousness that I couldn’t prior to coaching.
George has changed my life, my marriage, and the way I view the future. He is uniquely gifted with the power to sit with others and create space for us to answer our own questions. It’s like he’s holding up a mirror for us to really examine what’s there, and access our innermost parts of ourselves, where truth exists. When I think of people I want to model my life after, George is at the top of the list.
After our meeting, I had an incredible final interview and was in such a good headspace that I did two things my timid self would’ve been hesitant to do — disclosed my desire to buy my own building asap and ask for the moon on salary and bonus. They loved my transparency and came back with exactly what I asked for.
George is the first person that really made me think BIG. Like REALLY big. Big and fast. It has changed the way I look at life. The part of your coaching and feedback that is most special is that it was PURE. No guilt, no games, no hidden agenda, just positive support. It’s clear George wants to see others grow and thrive. George helped me remember that the world is not evil — not everyone wants to see you fail. Some people just want to pour into others and make this world better. That is George.
George, I feel like I’m having the best few days of my whole life. I am really seeing the rewards of my hard work, our coaching sessions, and consistency, working towards my dreams. You’ve shown me how to lean into my heart! It feels incredible to be so in flow and so confident about things. I’m amazed at what I’ve learned and how I’m leading this launch myself. I’m going all out. The time is now. Thank you, George!
